When Can You Exchange?
- Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
What Can’t Be Exchanged?
- Products purchased through external platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon) will follow the exchange policy of that respective platform.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear & tear are not eligible for exchange
How Exchanges Work
- Once we receive and inspect the product, and it is approved, an exchange will be processed.
- You can choose the same product (size change) or if the requested item is unavailable, you may select an alternative product of similar value.
